BMS - Potential Free Alarm
Potential-free contact for alarm messages is taken out to the connector in the rear part of the device. Maximal load of the contact: 24 V/1 A.

Left door
It must be specified before the device ordering! They are mirror-symmetrical version of right-fixed door, the door hinge is on the left side, open to the other side.

Additional tray
For an extra charge it is possible to order trays in stainless steel design and other numbers of trays dependent on the device volume.

Perforated shelf
In stainless steel design used in processing of tiny materials.

Mechanical door lock with a key
The mechanic lock is placed on the upper front surface of the door close to the closing mechanism. It serves for avoidance of the device opening by a non-authorized person.

Electro-magnetical door lock
In the course of the material exposition, the door of the device is blocked by an electromagnetic mechanism so as to avoid undesirable opening.

Flexible PT 100
Another additional freely movable sensor inside of the chamber; it can be used for measuring temperature inside the chamber or in the material. The sensor conductors are taken out to the connector placed in the rear part of the device. The display shows the data on temperature of the sensor.

Access port ∅ 25, 50, 100 mm
The ports are designed for pulling the conductors for measuring of temperature, humidity, etc. Possibility of selection of diameter, number and placement of ports. The ports are made of metal, closed with a special plastic cover from the outside - the cover allows pulling of conductors, etc. from the outside to the chamber space.

Ventilation prolongation flange
Possibility of chimney prolongation in 5 cm (suction and exhaust hole), for connection to the external ventilation system, with the possibility of condensation groove for condensate outlet and also with a bend in 90°.

Cart-type underframe

Setting the speed of temperature change of the program.

Programmable inner socket
It allows connection of a suitable device (shaker, mixer) placed inside of the device chamber. It allows setting of periodical switching on and off for the inner socket (max. power input 230V/1A).

Hot-air decontamination
The chamber is heated to 160 °C, then the temperature is maintained for factory-set time. Everything is controlled by a fixed defined program, the program parameters cannot be changed. Decontamination applies exclusively to the inner surface of the chamber, door and shelves of the device.

Datalogger
The appliances save all and any data from the device.

Software WarmComm 4.0
It is designed for recording the temperature regulation progress in heating cabinets. Data obtained in the course of regulation is displayed in the form of a graph (with the horizontal axis showing the time and the vertical axis showing the data obtained). The program allows monitoring of regulation in real time, saving the regulation progress to a disc and also viewing of formerly created files.

Measurement/validation
Multi-point measuring of an empty chamber according to DIN 12 880, supply of attests for components together with non-filled-in IQ and OQ documentation and possibly also validation measuring with a batch.

IQ/OQ documents including measurement
„Installation qualification (IQ) - It proves and documents that the device and its supporting systems are appropriately selected, correctly installed and that they comply with required specifications.
Operation qualification (OQ) - It proves and documents that the device may repeatedly and reliably perform the proposed functions within the range of operation parameters.

Protocol printer
It allows archivation of the process running in the chamber of the device. A heading is printed on the print tape, containing information on device type, pre-set temperature, respectively ramp, number of cycles, fan revolutions and selected time interval of printing. values of the following data are printed in one line below the heading: time from program start, real temperature in the chamber.
