The company BMT participated in development of a new top-class biomedicine research centre in the Slovak Academy of Sciences (hereinafter referred to as SAS), the festive opening ceremony of which was held in Šarišské Michalany on 3. 12. 2015. The biotechnological laboratories of SAS were built for the price of 25 million EURO.
This is a detached worksite of the Virology Institute of SAS. The construction of Biotechnological Laboratories of SAS was held within the scope of the project “Centre for Research and Development of Immunologically Active Substances” from the Operation Program Science and Research of the Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Sport of the SR, which was co-financed by the European Fund of Regional Development.
The worksites of the Biotechnological laboratories of the SAS are located in a two-floor complex, consisting of three buildings, designed for research, development and independent laboratories. These are unique high-tech laboratory premises for research and development of more efficient and safer virus vaccines. The detached worksite is located directly in the premises of the company ImunaPharm in Šarišské Michalany.
One of the most extensive supplies of the company BMT Medical Technology to Slovakia in the history cross checked our production, logistic, service and validation capacity. In total, there were supplied 54 pcs of our instrumentation, of which 15 pcs of steam sterilizers of the STERIVAP® HP IL line and 39 pcs of thermal equipment.
