A new wing was opened in Turner’s Hospital in November 2009. The Grand Opening was attended by the Prime Minister of Russia, Vladimir Putin, the Minister of Health and other important guests. GAZPROM donated a Central Sterilization Unit to help modernize the Hospital and to make it complete. The Central Sterilization Unit was supplied by our subsidiary BMT-MMM in Moscow and it is fully equipped with Sterivap sterilizers. This is our third successful project with GAZPROM, a giant supplying gas to many countries worldwide. We were commended for having carried out a perfect and timely exact delivery.
Prime Minister Putin reviewed the entire new Hospital wing and the Central Sterilization Unit and expressed his satisfaction and appreciation over the state-of-the-art, functional and esthetic solution the new Hospital premises presents. He suggested that other hospitals also be modernized in a similar way. We trust that his recommendation will help us acquire more interesting contracts in Russia.
