The story of our American subsidiary is a chronicle of perseverance, technological precision, and a strategic vision that turned a bold plan into reality. It all began roughly 25 years ago when our Brno-based team started mapping the challenging U.S. market. After years of overcoming technical barriers and securing necessary certifications, our subsidiary, BMT USA, was officially established on May 20, 2006.

Today, BMT USA is a key pillar of the entire MMM Group. Thanks to close cooperation with the Brno R&D department and investments in our own local infrastructure, we have built an unshakeable position among the most demanding clients:
🔹 Mayo Clinic (Rochester): As early as 2005, we supplied five hot-air sterilizers to this world-renowned clinic.
🔹 MUHC (Montreal): We executed the largest contract in the history of our laboratory division – the delivery of 200 CO2 incubators.
🔹 Global Leaders: Our technology now reliably serves industry giants such as Pfizer, Baxter, and Boehringer Ingelheim.

BMT USA is more than just a sales office. Our own assembly and testing capacities in the USA allow us to deliver top-tier steam sterilizers and pure steam generators that fully comply with American standards. With last year's turnover exceeding $14.0 million and a team of 30 motivated professionals, we rank among the most successful subsidiaries within the group.
Our momentum is further evidenced by our recent participation in the prestigious PITTCON 2026 trade show in San Antonio. Over the course of three days, our representatives established over 50 new strategic contacts from North and South America, opening a new chapter in our growth.
As an active member of the ILDA (Independent Laboratory Distributors Association) in the USA, we directly help shape industry standards. We are proud that technologies developed in Brno now represent the global gold standard.
