In addition to standard small-series laboratory instruments, there is an increasing demand for individually built and modified instruments for use in the pharmaceutical industry.
Thanks to our innovation and creative approach to solving the needs of the client, we are increasingly penetrating the field of pharmacy, among customers who are willing to pay more for a reliable and tailor-made device than for devices from a catalogue.
- These include, for example, VENTICELL IL, volume 700 litres, purity class 7, installed in Texas, USA, , which has been serving very reliably for almost four years without any failure. The device is operated in clean rooms with a strict regime. VENTICELL IL is installed without cladding directly into the pharma partitions, which facilitates cleaning, the number of joints is reduced to an absolute minimum and in general, the built-in device looks very elegant.
- Now another VENTICELL IL is being installed in the USA, in California, with a volume of 700 litres, which is also in the UL version. The complete assemblage was performed in the BMT.
- Another VENTICELL IL headed to the USA again, this time to the state of Maryland. It is a completely atypical device, the dimensions are completely adapted to the customer's space, it has a volume of 1,800 litres and for the first time in history it will not be completed in the Czech Republic, in BMT Brno, but in our subsidiary company BMT USA. Design improvements include a circular body surrounding the chamber fan. For the first time, the validation ports are located in the instrument door. An innovated cooling system that will increase cooling performance in a smaller space and, together with a circular heating element, should guarantee a shorter sterilization or de-pyrogenization cycle. Due to the need to reduce the width of the device, high-temperature HEPA chamber filters with a smaller depth are originally used. These purchased filters will be stored in a special stainless-steel frame in BMT.
- The following VENTICELL IL with a volume of 700 litres and 670 litres respectively is being developed for a German company from Berlin, which will be adapted to customer requirements in all dimensions. Perhaps one of the biggest attractions, or rather curiosities, of this device is the waste located at a height of about 5.5 meters from the ground. This means not only developing, manufacturing, but also testing the wastewater extraction systems.
- In the future, we are preparing VENTICELL "animals", which is again a significantly different version of the VENTICELL IL device with different automation, with different dimensions and with other gadgets for laboratories in pharmacy, which customers are already very interested in. The upcoming hot-air sterilizer has a great chance to penetrate a new market segment in the field of testing and development of drugs and pharmaceuticals.
